Assistance with an item - Suffolk to the Phoenix??

I've bought a few odds & sods off a bloke....details later

IDEALLY I need to arrange for someone who lives near Lowestoft(ish) and is going to the Phoenix (or knows someone local to them that is) to pick up said goodies, give them a lift to Bisley & then hand them over to an RFD there

....anyone meet the above description?

I'm in mids herts, often in essex on the suffolk border, if it can get somewhere close I'll be going to the phoenix.
