I could see the smoke from my house, a shame in a way, but I suspect they are insured.....

Avon and Somerset have a long record of large project spending, some gambles some punts, and with the results never shared if its a failure. ....

The range they have is quite adequate for them, they had trouble with that building too if I remember the stories at the time, the shooters were choking on the propellant becase the extraction system was put in backwards or something, that cost us "proper bristolians" a few quid extra on our council tax!
When someone says "it's not about the money" you know what? it probably is all about money!
