Tikka M65
Hi guy's and gal's,
I'm looking at building a F-Tr rifle on a very tight budget .... and I have found a used Tikka M65 with the fully adjustable stock and a nice trigger. Has anyone any experience of these and what would it be like re-barreled with a 30" truflite for 1000 yards??
Or would I be better off going the remmy 700 route????
Thanks in advance,
pcon.

Re: Tikka M65
Our opinion, biased as it is, is that a Tikka will beat Remington paws down anyday...

Is it the M65 or M65A? Christel has an M65A chambered in .308 that shoots very well at 800/1000 yards
Re: Tikka M65
I honestly don't know if it's a 65 or 65A ... I've tried to attach a picture...

Re: Tikka M65
Neither. It looks like an M55 to me with that stock, if it is then it is a superb rifle.
Re: Tikka M65
Nope, it is an M55 and possibly ex military use, what is it chambered in?
