A few days after my FAC came back with a new slot I received a letter from TVP asking me to apply for my renewal, which is not due for 6 months!

To say they have a backlog is a bit of an understatement.

Still, I have my new toy and the renewal form is in the post.

Northumbria are currently doing one for ones within the week by post.

I've had two over the last month both back on my doorstep one week exactly from posting.

I am very impressed with the South Wales Police variation time, less than a fortnight from post till back on my door mat.

Compared to the last 2 variations I have done with them which both took over 4 months this is a massive improvement.
