What to do with messed up live primers? Disposal wise.

Ok every now and again I'm mashing up a live primer on seating it. Getting better but still do a few.

Don't want to just throw them in the bin was thinking splitting with a hammer but not sure that's a good idea

Oil will only temporally decommission primers, they will still go pop when the oil dries out.

I just hit them with a hammer then bin them.
