Just make sure the country you're going to allows the high capacity mags. I think in Europe you'll be fine but some parts of the world aren't so keen.

Legal in the UK / Legal in the CR, but it looks like every single individual Airline can impose its own restrictions and Ryanair seems to be one of them

I had a dozen AR pmags in my check in bag and forgot about a long layover in Canada. 5 round AR mags are the legal limit in Canada. Canadian immigration agent was way ruder than an American one, told me to fetch my bag from the carousel and exit the security area and then come back 3 hours later to check in for flight. I just sat in an airport restaurant googling Canadian prison conditions.
