Shoot once a year and the club doesn't have to inform on you, come renewal and you only have 5 range days to your record you'll be asked if you really want those firearms.
If for whatever reason you couldn't use one or more of your firearms for a year or more of for '3 time a year' as long as you have a reasonable excuse then all will be fine. If you just want to own for the sake of owning you'll be gun-less in quick time, or get a collector's ticket and be done with it.
