Praise for Northumbria Firearms

Put in a variation request late on a Saturday and received the certificate on the Thursday morning!

Brilliant service.

Yes, I had shotgun certificate renewed within 2 weeks a few years back, a brand new FAC granted within four weeks and a variation within 6 days. Can't fault them.

TVP should send staff up there for training.

This must be a recent turnaround, I have dozens of shooting mates covered by them and I've not heard a good word said about them in about 2 years! Hopefully it'll continue :good:

I have been with Northumbria for over thirty year, FAC and RFD, and have never had an issue with them, prompt service, helpful advice and a cheery demeanour.

There have been odd mistakes during that time which all have been resolved promptly, I have found that if you give them what they need as regards reason and places to shoot clearly presented then they will process promptly and efficiently
