A few 900 yard shots at Blair Atholl, quite a few V Bulls at 900 too..........Used Steyr Tactical .308 with Moderator, AIA no4 and finally my old Accuracy AE last year.

Also did 500 yards with my Saiga (iron sights) at Castlelaw, V Bulled again.

Spud, meant 284. Phone keyboards, page.

Chuck, how did you find the guys at Blair Atholll? I'm thinking about joining but they don't like rifles with mags!

!200x stickledown. Rifle Blaser LRS2 6.5x55se. I see that my elevation was 43 MOA above my 100x zero. How does that compare with some of the other calibres mentioned. The ninth shot on the card was not indicated I found it hard to believe that I had missed the screen altogether but it wasn't a competition so didn't bother to ask the scorer to look again.

My 7mm with a 200m zero needs 28.8MOA to get to 1200 at the moment but I could go a little bit quicker.

My longest aimed shot was at Lydd, just shy of 1500 meters.......

I'll wait for the "Did you hit it?" thread!! LOL!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Mine was 1100m at Lydd on a fig 11 target and yes I did hit it on that shoot, but the last one we did there I managed to hit the 1070m but just couldnt get that 1100m was strange as nobody could its only another 30m for gods sake.
Ill blame the weather
