Ahh Badger, so true! How wise you are and I am grateful for the correction.

FYI mate, I constantly receive advice from my colleagues at the asylum, and generally its the same advice I frequently profer to you - "you need to be on drugs". Personally I am self medicating right now on a loverly single malt while I contemplate my next purchase.........

The reputation for accuracy is something the MAS36 has always enjoyed, they are well priced and pleasantly quirky as well. Has to be worth a look.

BTW - Talisker here

No wonderful pieces of engineering I am cuddling mine whilst sipping my single malt I run my hand up and down her but and whisper sweet nothings in her rear sight.
Ahh heaven Laphroaig Quarter Cask

Description:
Full and refractive gold in colour. On the nose it's phenolic, seaweedy and very peaty with a hint of sweetness and a lingering and unique finish.

To help awaken the bouquet of Laphroaig whisky and bring out the aromatics, add a few drops of water. Hold your glass towards the light and observe how the water swirls in the golden liquid. Nose the glass deeply for a hint of Laphraoig whisky's unqiue taste. Then sip, allowing the whisky to roll over your tongue. Slainte mhath, Good Health.

Background: Laphroaig whisky enjoy world-wide acclaim and is known as the definitive Islay malt whisky to which malt appreciators will graduate. It epitomises the taste of Islay - characterful, rich, smoky and peaty and is unique as the island itself.

Background - pronounced "La Froyg" this gaelic word means 'beautiful hollow in the bay'. Distilled on the remote island of Islay off the West Coast of Scotland. Laphroaig is the most richly flavoured of all Scottish malts.
