Back in the day of Martin Farnan the NRA kept a list of all MoD Ranges that civilians could shoot on (provided that the clubs had a range license) and who in Defence Estates to contact to book the range . Perhaps this still available.
There are lots of private ranges that the the NRA probably has no idea are in existence (why should they). Most of these would be small bore/25m/30m indoor ranges but there are probably some fulbore ranges. I Know that there is a privately owned 600yd range near to Dorking in Surrey with full electronic targets.

Seeing as the NRA purports to represent all shooters (of targets, that is) one would expect them to be interested. However, in the real world I would not expect them to show interest outside of Bisley.
