Probably 50% to 60% more efficient than any other which is the usual claim about brakes, although I've not actually heard that claim about these.
Mine arrived today so I'll be giving it a try on Saturday.

Nice rail
Obviously I own he same, looks the biz on the CMMG.
Fired a AR with muzzle break, awesome sound with straight pull.
Imagine that noise on a semi auto..

Not forgetting the muzzle flash, people shooting with you hate breaks but they are fun
