what he said ! you could try lightly greasing the bolt carrier and moving parts (but not the locking lugs) hard extraction is part and parcel of the straight pull experience, try different makes of ammo, and if reloading always full length size.if not already fitted, then an aftermarket bolt handle may offer greater leverage over the standard, Mark Bradley is probably the most experienced person with this type of rifle, give him a call.
Never had hard extraction on my AKs or Dragunov, probably down to Mother Russias glorious tapered cases

In the UK I keep all my rifles oiled, to keep rust at bay. Even using silica-gel sacks in my safes, the air is so damp that it doesn't take long for a dry steel barrel to start to rust, the rust might not always be glaringly visible, but a bore-scope will show you otherwise. Always clean any oil out before using, or risk overpressure & barrel bulge.

I use Silica in my cab but someone told me that it could dry wood out, it hasn't done so far so I'll keep doing it. I also put lots of oil into my chamber/barrel for storage then just use a cleaning rod and 4x2 the night before to get it out.
