Fixed it!

Minor adjustment to spring shape and drop tested 20 times and no failures.

Pull now 4.5lb approx. Which I am plenty happy with. ( I still need more practice pulling trigger smoothly )

The only adjustments I have made are: Polished sears ( 600 grit paper ), Polished trigger and spring where they touch. Minor adjustment to spring shape near screw. Polished bolt sear.

Excellent!
Before cleaning up my trigger I would struggle to get 6" 10 shot groups. After sorting the trigger it does this
