That clarifies it then, so that means someone with one attached to a rifle, even if it came with the rifle as standard should seek authority to possess it along the lines of a moderator? Technically shouldn't this have happened in the 70's and 80's and centrefire semis were still legal and people possessed rifles that came with them such as Colt AR's, G3's, M14's, etc? But apparently no licensing authority saw the need to request a cert holder do so?

I'm not going to comment anymore on this, I'm just going to let it stay where it is and not say another word on it.

Akin to sound moderators....if permanently fitted/intrinsic they're part of the S.1 item & not listed as an individual part.
If separate/detachable they're technically a seperate S.1 part: but knowledge of this fact is not that common/widespread

Back to the topic, I've not seen a Ruger Scout in .223 in the UK.

I'm thinking if getting one in .308 and flash hider wouldn't matter as have a .30 cal mod in the safe already.

I'm left handed but all my bolt rifles are right handed except a K31 with a LH adapter. I've gotten used to being in a right handed world.
