Thanks for the tips guys, must admit I'm surprised how corrodible stainless steel is!

It is only "stainless", not "rustless" or "corrodeless", it does as it says on the label. It isn't even stain proof it just stains less.

At times people seem to attach magical qualities to the stuff.

Kroil would shift it, or Ed'd Red, etc.

Buy some rust remover and apply using a Cotten ear bud on the area effected
