No problem loading 10 in mine - I only use 38Spl brass (coz it's CHEAP)

for gallery rifle matches with reloads in the COF
count the rounds
then on the 6th shot etc leave the lever open and bring rifle to the body close to reloading belt,
pluck 2 rounds from belt,
drop one in action and close the lever, then feed 1 into the loading gate but not fully in, this holds gate open
pluck 2 and repeat till the 6 loaded
shoulder and fire
rack fast, shoot slow, never wrapping thumb over the stock.
count the rounds
