I know that.
My point being that you can adapt to shoot in whatever combination of handedness/sight requirement is best for the individual.
The best solution is to learn to shoot from the left shoulder then as has been advised. The major benefit of doing this that he would then be able to shoulder any gun rather than relying on adapted firearms.
Unless of course there is a physical disability that precludes him shooting from the left shoulder, that would be the only scenario in which some form of offset firearm would be needed.
