Are people really envisaging them being THAT specific and/or having a list of sports to go down?? Is it not more likely it'll be a case of "An activity that doesn't involve/require you to have physical contact with another person" etc?

As soon as the 'good reason' to travel is relaxed then it will be up to individual venues to ensure they're 'safe' as far as i'm concerned, when it comes to shooting anyway.

Latest information on the government web pages seems to have taken a bit of a u turn on previous statements that have been issued sources now say that any revisions made to the lockdown will be "Very limited"
I fear the worst but hope for the best, looks like it will be some time yet before shooting recommences.
May have to get a air rifle and BB pistol and set up a 50metre and 10metre range in the garden.

Chance would be a fine thing, but there are limits to what is economically viable.

As I understand it, if a farmer asked you to attend and shoot pigeons for crop protection then that is classed as essential as it’s protecting food chain but obviously it would be for individuals and not a group of mates
A friends son was asked to shoot the pigeons on a farm, he called the firearms department (Warwickshire)and they said that was ok but stalking of deer was not

Although based on te crop protection, then culling of deer should be fine.

I would have thought so but just relaying what the guy was told by firearms, maybe if the farmer requested deer dispatch for crop protection !!!!

I was thinking that it needs to cancel out, but that the payment to the shooter would/might need to be sufficient to make it look "real".
