I swear by Shooter.
It picks up the meteorological info from a nearby weather station and gets my first shot on the board at 1,000 yards every time.

With any of these apps it will be a case of GIGO, in other words you do need to take note of the temperature for example when you chrono'd your cartridge and when you zero's the rifle. Strelok also wants the height of the range amsl and air pressure although for most of the UK it won't make a vast difference.
