Crap, I hope it wasn't an LBP... I can just see it now - how easily they'd paint them as some sort of 'work-around' and that they are especially dangerous (insert made-up reasons) etc etc 8-) . I don't understand why if it's just a rifle they don't just call it a rifle. Even they should be familiar with that terminology.

Whatever he was using he should not have had access to a firearm so somebody is in trouble, Dad's keys?

If true then why the hell couldn't these firearms 'experts' simply have said 'shotgun'?
