The change adding nitrocellulose to "shooters powder" was made several years ago, as I remember at the time the HSE said it should not have been included and would correct it, obviously that never happened.

Is that only for explosives license holders, or do you want the firearms licensing databases opened-up to the HSE so that the majority of reloaders (who qualify by virtue of their FAC/SGC) also get this junk mail (including the large proportion who don't actually reload)? And I suppose you also want paper notification of changes to any other type of legislation that might apply to you. :)

as I work in the print industry, I would LOVE paper notifications actually! When the DVLA started to move to more paperless routes, it cost our company money and jobs.

more general FAC holders could be notified by the police, as they know who they are.

It's much better than all this confusion and having to find out if you now might be breaking the law or not.
