I don't believe so, as first question is asking are asking if you are an individual NRA member or a member of a NRA affiliated club. Of course some people maybe be both, but that wasn't an option.
So, the people creating the survey have failed at the first question

No any Club that is affiliated to the NRA its members can fill it in. If you are a member of an affiliated Club your Club Secretary should of sent you a link to the survey.

Anyone got a link to it as aparently our club hasnt seen one ........

2022 NRA Members' Hand Loading Ammunition Survey




The NRA recognises that hand-loaded ammunition may perform more consistently than factory rounds and is widely used by members striving to improve marksmanship; also, it may be the only source of ammunition for historic or uncommon calibres. A large number of hand-loaded rounds are fired every year without incident throughout the UK.

To better understand the significance of hand loading amongst shooters the NRA invites you to complete a short survey. This will help inform the development of training, policy and procedures designed to promote and safeguard hand loading.

So they are asking shooters to give them information so they can twist it to suit their own ends?

This was not the NRA's doing. I stand to be corrected but as I understand it the MoD wondered how the civvies could be taught in a weekend what it takes them a week to do. The compromise was the new RSO and RCO course in 3 or 4 days, missing out some bits that civvies aren't allowed or able to do.

The same can be asked of every survey ever. The stats gleaned can be twisted to support any narrative required.
