at 42, I appear to be in the most popular range, and looking at the results, that is probably the spread at my .22 club as well (a few younger, by far the most are older)

I was nerly 48 when I started target shooting. I had been meaning to get involved for years. But have been using shotguns, airifles for 40 of those.

My lot are all 30s and 40s, small club though. Think one is late 20s

I am 60 I dont think there is any one under 50 in my main club most of them are older than me the majority of the members are retired.

At 42 I'm about average for my club.
I think that our sport has a problem. If we don't get the young interested we're only going to die out.

I'm 30 and wish I'd started about 10 years ago, I went to an open day last sunday and there were some youngsters there which was good to see.

42 and at the lower end of our membership in terms of age.

48 - around the middle of my rifle club but still the youngster at the muzzle-loading club... :lol:
