You could just buy a couple of boxes of PPU 69gr match to get it set up, its good stuff it wont break the bank and you then have the cases to reload, jobs a goodun
Then once your set up its time to play with the load development.

Thats not a bad plan.. I doubt any local stores (I say stores, I have one within 10 mile radius) will stock any though :(
