I like the idea of countersink borers with removable pilots, I will take a look. I find myself using the Triebel more and more as a useful source if information however I am yet to buy from them. The chamber dimensions are in daily use and I even find myself looking at them in the evenings. I keep meaning to check Triebel Guntools for Die blanks...R.G.C wrote:David,

The problem I always found with OEM case trimmer cutters was the poor steel quality and poor sharpeness.
I used countersink borers of HSS-Co with removeable pilots. The smaller one in the range I used had a 4mm pilot hole, which allowed all calibre pilots..The pilot was the only part I fouund necessary to make to calibre. Those tools cut beautifully with the minimum of burrs, even on soft annealed brass..
If you need specific gunsmithig cutters, visit Triebel Guntools. Not in the cheap range, but top quality and no other source in Europe.
BTW; have you dowloaded their chambers dimensiosn?
