Expanding heads are not recorded on the ticket round here, there were mixed messages from the LOFs and some do, some dont . If an individual is not a club shooter but reloads for field shooting there could in theory be no record of how much or how little the owner shoots hence the desire to create a record of home loads. It seems a logical thing if you are shooting as it proves usage and good reason but given the delays on cert renewals is it a sensible think to do ?
