He did realize that writing for magazines relating to any kind of industry is a form of (metaphorical, ala David Bowie) prostitution right? In the US one prominent Video game magazine is owned by the chain gamestop so any chance of impartiality is not going to happen. The same is true of shooting magazines, especially in the low circulation times we live in, a need for advertising revenue and to retain current subscribers and possibly increase those numbers. The last thing any publication like that wants is their subscribers leaving due to feeling they're being insulted and belittled (which is what happened when his now lucrative gigs with US magazines ended as said subscribers didn't like the idea of someone who'd basically sell them down the river if in the position to do so, writing for said magazines). In essence, the customer gets what the customers wants. Not the other way round, only someone who never had to work in that kind of position could hold Yardley's views.

I can't wait for the meltdown when he's persona non-grata with various European orgs due to his views when the current EU fiasco started. He'll still blame other's for his predicament when's got to put his psychology degree to some use to make some scratch.

I'll never forgot when I alerted an RFD to what he said about the Charlie Hebdo staff, they were disgusted by his attitude so he's certainly not welcome there.

yardley make me angry, he thinks no cilvilan can be trusted to own black or semi auto rifles! but when it comes to the state, he trust them more then his fellow citazens ! case in point the met police's new rifle which he prised them for ! however if you told him you wanted one, you are an evil potiental killer


ps. in the last century the biggest cause of death of people was by the state killing its own people FACT !

We can play Yardley the Hypocrite all day long, just screen cap him on facebook and when he deletes it, throw it back in his face.

There is something sinister about some people's attraction to shotguns. It seems to bring out a 'dark side" in their personalities that makes them want to dress up and pretend to be 1960's landed gentry by wearing checked shirts, funny hats and tweeds...some, not all...fantasists. Bit scary really.
