I’ve just had a variation to swap an empty .44 slot for a .45 slot, turned around in under a week great service from GMP, and they didn’t charge which I was surprised as it’s a different calibre.

They don't charge to swap calibres in a 1-4-1. They will only charge you the £20 if you are wanting to add more slots.
