+1 for Battlefield Vegas. When I was out there for work last time I treated myself to a 'once in a lifetime' and fired:

MG42
Stg44
MP40
G43
M1 Garand
M240
Barrett M82
I bought extra rounds for the Garand and the MG42 and it was something like $400-$500 in total. Expensive but it was worth every penny. My wife may think differently though...
I didn't fire the minigun but they had an offer on for $199. I heard it going off whilst waiting outside and the 'BRRRRRRRP' lasted about 1 or 2 seconds. Cool to watch but I chose to spend the $199+ on firearms that are consigned to history and no longer manufactured, a la my WW2 selections. Once they're gone, they're gone.
