Spent this evening checking out the cases for overall length etc then primed them. They are ready to be reloaded just need to work out a starting load. I should be able to give them a whirl at the weekend just need to function check my chrono.

Are those small primer cases?, if so which primers are you using? the 6.5C generates quite a lot of pressure at top end loads, best advice is to use primers with a thicker cup such as Murom KVB223M or CCI BR4's.
As for a load, I use 36gr of Vhit N150 with the heavier bullets (139/140gr) it works very nicely indeed :)

I went with large rifle primers for starters.

36 grains of N150 is above maximum load acording to Vitavouri data for the 39 grain scenar.?

The Vhit data was originally for a large primer case, when they changed the description to small primer the load data remained unchanged.
Small primer 6.5C cases generally need 1.5 to 2gr more powder to achieve the velocities listed in the Vhit load data.
If you do a forum search or Google search for the Target Shooter magazine there are several excellent articles by Laurie Holland on this subject.
In my previous 6.5C Ruger RPR and current Tikka TacA1 I've tested loads of N140 with 140gr Nosler CC bullets up to 39gr without any visible signs or being over pressure. My best accuracy nodes were between 35.6 and 36.4 so I settled on 36.0, works very nicely :)

They hide signs of higher pressures.
