It is EC military paint. Preparation is the key. I would not have done it myself, but the Mrs Did a cracking job. She is doing a shotgun at the moment. I'll post pics when done.

Mike,
We had planned on using 2 colours, but we now feel it would not need a 3rd colour
If it were me I'd put the stocking back on and add a touch of matt black to it.

Impressive and creative paint job, wish I had a Mrs willing to paint my weapon as well as yours has been done.......obviously not a brush job though.

Have to ask, where's the cocking handle?

The photos in this thread do not show the fully reassembled rifle - if you look in this thread: http://www.full-bore.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=10082

You will see some photos of the rifle fully assembled, you can then see the Right hand cocking leaver (And the bolt carrier assembly!), plus it also has left hand cocking and T-bar cocking.
