Re: FAC renewals during Covid 19?

Met are working well on renewals, mine expires mid Oct, sent renewal late June. Feo rang me 23sept to book telephone interview on the 30th sept but did most of info on first phone call. Called on 30th asked for photos of serial no and a bit more of a chat, all ok. Cert dropped through door this morning, no doctors cobblers either.
