I currently own 12 rifles my licencing authority require you to up rate your security if you want more than 12 the security they require is way over the top and very expensive. Believe me I have tried.

As per the Firearm Security Handbook 2005 (the most current) it states there that the number of firearms alone cannot be used to justify increased security. Other factors must come in to play.

Paragraph 2.21 is the first mention.

Im thinking of selling the Mauser M45 but I have no idea of its value.

MAS 45 are very popular in France with TAR competitors and therefore very expensive, ie : usually going for ard € 700 with dealers / € 600 privately .
To give you an idea, this one has been for sale in my club & now by my local Britany gun shop but as is not matching numbers .

Where as in Germany they dont attract much interest. I have not idea what is the UK going price
IMO , Mauser 45 are way nicer

Mine is in a lot better condition than any of the ones in the pics. Mine is a original Mauser with all matching numbers.
Unfortunately it just does not fit with my current shooting interests and its taking up a slot I want to use for some thing else.
