So we'd need specifically to ask for a LBP slot then, rather than just using an empty slot we already have in the correct calbre... ?

Are LBP slots easy to acquire?

Right oomans, back to the challenge - a suitable rifle calibre. This, building a custom rifle, is now Plan B in case another option doesn't come off. It seems to be that 6.55x55 Swedish is what we need, so we just need to settle on the action, barrel and stock.
