Maybe it's time I did something about that but I get your point

I have already looked at mouldings for the uk at sensible uk polymer based prices

Grizzly- I assume there is a very limited market in the states for a straight pull AR, so how did you go about getting a straight pull upper and bolt sent over? Was that custom request from the manufacturer?
I didn't, I sourced and imported all the parts listed and built from the ground up.
Isn't that alextwogun's gun? Where did he go then? Is that one of them?

A T handle is designed for a combat rifle in theatre - the user cocks it in the morning, and uncocks it in the evening ;) .

Yes, you can quite happily use a scoped target rifle with a T handle, but you won't half make life awkward for yourself, particularly if you are shooting something like civilian service rifle where it would make you completely uncompetetive!

A rear charger causes you to totally lose your rifle mount, cheek weld and sight picture, whereas a side charger doesn't.

I think the engineers are British

Regardless of where the cash goes and Mini is owned by BMW not Tata

But can you get off 4 aimed shots in 7 seconds using your charging handle ?

As a newbie to civilian firearms can somebody please explain to my why our laws have no semi auto for full bore but unlimited magazine capacity.

See statement above.

Is it me or am I missing something here?

Obviously full auto full bore is good for hitting....well the sky really.

It's really very simple, it's called useless b@st@rd politicians who like to cash in on any tragedy and use the press to make themselves look good, the fact that in reality the various bans have had no effect whatsoever on the illegal use of firearms or reduced the number of "gun crimes" (now there's a huge surprise a 5yr old could have seen coming) isn't of the slightest interest to them as it doesn't win votes from the sheeple who are either too disinterested or stupid to realise it's all political b@ll@cks.
