You are a very naughty boy, you know Durham only accept the official forms (you know, the one's they bugger about with) :)

Seriously though, you have to use Form 202, if you want a "proper one" that's electronically fillable I have one here, https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/103 ... 20V1.1.pdf

Just make sure you print it out in black & white not colour.

Print?!?!? Them poor trees!
I save my form 202, after adding a digital signature, then email it in....saves a stamp too.

Yes, but this is Durham we're talking about, their ZX Spectrum doesn't always boot up :)

Actually, when I had my visit last week the FEO was quite keen on electronic notifications which was refreshing :)

I've put in for an RFD but they said it would be june/july when they come out, but when I told them that was Ramadan this year, they said they would bring it forward (like the school exams), I was so pleased I said the beers and pork pies were on me
lollol

FEO has been and gone - efficient and painless visit but overall now around £450 lighter! Ouch.
Now wait for the Firearms office to respond.
BTW Durham's Firearms manager has left the building!

Excuse the interuption fellas.........FYI

Lincolnshire initial application for one of our Club members - 23 weeks today and still no sign of progress. Cheque was cashed pretty damned smartish and they acknowledged receipt but nothing else.

Applications submitted by other newbies to Cambs and Northants about the same time were signed off many weeks ago.

I genuinely feel sorry for this guy because he's starting to get very disillusioned with the whole shooting game.
