How many battles were these used in?.
Just because a rifle has been used in battle doesn't make it a good rifle.
A "Battle Rifle" is in my opinion one which is intended for use in battle rather than one which has specifically been used in a battle(s).
For example, your beloved Russian-inspired rifles have been used in battles all over the World 1914-2014 but that doesn't make them
good Battle Rifles, it simply makes them
rifles which have been used in battle.
Therefore, I stick to my original post - BTW, you presumably aren't aware that the Swiss K31 was adopted by and supplied to the German Wermacht and used in WW2 albeit not in large numbers.

I'd love to see evidences of that ....

To be honest I can't remember where I read it, but there were certainly some supplied to Germany and I believe it was even given an official model number.

I am certainly not aware of that . As far as I know, but I am no expert, the S18 is the only Swiss (anti-tank) rifle that was issued to the WH. I don't think the K31 was issued.

I'm no expert - I'm read about this somewhere a few years ago when researching the K31, but I may have been mistaken. The Swiss without doubt supplied weapons/munitions to both sides during WW2.
Anyway, its neither here nor there. I stand by my earlier post, both were/are superb weapons and would undoubtedly have faired very well if called to. Anyone who has fired either rifle will know just how good they are. Speaking as one who used the L1A1 SLR as an issue weapon - it was a fine rifle but I'd rather have had the Stgw.57.
The K31 has to be one of the best if not the best bolt-action military rifle in terms of both accuracy and rapid fire capability, surpassed only by the Lee Enfield in terms of rapid fire capability.

STG57 is great to guard stadiums in Santiago & to fire of course but not so sure I'd want to walk it into battle...
