What would my Steyr be worth?

I was playing the usual jigsaw game again the other day, trying to get five rifles in a five gun cabinet, a task not made easier by scopes on three of them. I will, at some point, get a larger cabinet, but I don't use my Steyr .308 Pro Hunter heavy barrel since I've acquired a Swing and Ovenpaa has sorted me for scope mounts/bipod and rear rest rail.

Nothing wrong with the Steyr, I've used it at 1000 yards and it's more accurate than I am, but I prefer the much older Swing.

I bought it from a member of my club complete with scope and moderator, but I'm using the scope on my Tikka, although I've no plans to put a moderator on the Swing, so that can go too.

What sort of money should I be asking/expecting for the Steyr and Ultra moderator, no scope/rings or bipod?

Would I do better finding a scope, mounting it and adding a bipod to make a ready to go rifle?

I've found the best way to price a gun is to see what its currently retailing for, then have a look on sites like Guntrader and Gunstar to see what second hand ones are going for. Compare your gun to those (overall condition, number of rounds fired etc) and adjust the price accordingly.

In my (limited) experience i've found that rifles sell quicker with a scope. When i was selling my SGC Speedmaster (AR-15) i didn't have a nibble for 6 months, then i relisted it with a scope it sold in less than a fortnight
