I have humane dispatch of sheep on my FAC.
Would this cover sheep that are to be eaten? (4 sheep, not for sale & just eaten at home by us)

They are being butchered for us by a professional. Not sure what the legal side of things are

Give this a read as it seems to have most of it covered. It does say you need a slaughter license if using a bolt gun.
