I have a budget of max £1800 for an AR. Opinions on the above companies much appreciated. Looking to start shooting comps in the south. Previously been using a rented SGC at Bisley.

Bradley
I'd avoid SGC as their customer service is 100% sh17e

LMT (because tens of thousands of US AR15 enthisiasts must be wrong).

Not fired an LMT but their reputation (as said above) is excellent, had a hold of one at one of my local RFDs in April, he was selling them at £1760. If I wasn't after a 300 Blackout straight pull I'd get one of those.

Mark Bradley is very good at what he does and produces some cracking rifles, well worth a look.

Mark Bradley every time. Buy from him and support UK manufacturing eg barrels, uppers and lowers all made here in Britain.

If you plan to shoot competitively - then Mark at Bradley Arms is the best choice by far.
