My Tikka M595. Finished at last. It's kicking on for eight years since I bought this rifle, and I've been waiting a while to find all the go faster parts. Got there in the end though. O:-)

Nice stock. Is it a GRS?
What calibre?

Cheers!

It's a Joe West stock although I bought it second hand on another forum, I did want to buy British. http://www.joewestriflestocks.com/tactical.php

It's in .308, standard 1:11" 4 groove, cut to 20", though a rebarrel to something with more BC might take place in future.

It's a "pre-T3" Tikka, it's second place to nothing. Sako ruined Tikka because they were better and they couldn't be the "parent company" to a better product....

Oh and fancy having that scenery as a back drop...... In the over crowded, over built South East, such things are what dreams are made of....

Thanks Sim, I forget how fortunate I am sometimes having access to a naturally formed range area.

The rest of the Specification is Schmidt Scope, Badger Ordnance Mount, Third Eye Rail, Vertebrae Norway Bolt Shroud, SYSS Bolt Handle & A CG trigger. The Mod is an ASE Compact with the Nomex cover.

That is a very good looking rifle with an equally good backdrop, what are you putting through the 1:11 at present?

Normally we are able to complain about something in the picture posted, like the paint on a chair or the colour of the carpet.
I feel a bit cheated here
