I damaged my daughters gun with a stuck case & need to make a new bolt arm. The existing is a thin stainless tube hence failed on tapping a stuck case out. (Newer are solid Al alloy & not much stronger!)

Does anybody know the threads used in the bolt body & to the end ball? (i.e. at each end!)

I can then make a new on out of solid. Its a 1990 target rifle 90L-007 (left handed).

Thanks folks keep on blatting.

Have you not got a set of thread gauges tucked away somewhere? They're usually stashed in a tap and die set somewhere innocuous.

Mik at Dolphin makes replacements as well.
I can send you a 3/8" x 24 UNF nut if you want to double check-just pm your address.

Thanks all got what I need to make a properly engineered bolt handle the Barnard as made is simply cheap to make / buy & not up to the job when you get a small malfunction as happens from time to time.
