Now you've mentioned the Egg Shoot..........
On Bank Holiday weekend we have a 300 yd F Class shoot on the Saturday plus an underlever shoot. We are also having a car boot sale for 'shooting related' items.
On the Sunday - free sighting-in at 1000 yards all day.
Monday - Egg time. In the morning, everyone will be given one shot at 1000 yds on a target, which will be marked. After lunch, we will shoot the egg.
If no one hits it - a second shot will be allowed - we want a winner of that £1000 prize!

I really really must get on the range before then to see what is happening with these new loads, barrel and scope!

Wayne at NWC is attending again this year with his range of AR type .22's etc.
It will be interesting to see what they are like in the flesh and feel like.
Hopefully Brian Fox will also be there, I got a good price rear bag from him last year and would like to see what actions he has for sale - not that I have any money after buying the Sightron.
HPS normally has a tent with re loading supplies, I wonder if I should give up on the Viht 550 and start using Viht 150 or 140? This would be the time to do it as I will be shooting most of the loads with Viht 550 during the comp,

Viht 140 is so difficult to get.
My FAC, well got a call yesterday asking if I really wanted a .22 on my license.
Nooo...I always seem to fill it in wrongly.
Anyway, sounded like it just needed a police check and job done. Hopefully.
