Has anyone seen these trigger adjusters, where there is a normal x-nut for the pistol grip with another little x-nut inside it, has anyone done this?

Jard triggers have sear engagement adjustment, you just adjust as per the manual.

My V-22 had one on it when I got it - though I was not aware of this fact at first - plus never had a long enough allen key to give adjusting it a go!!

Not seen one, but read about it, you can replace the screw/ bolt holding on your pistol grip with a set screw. I believe that the adjustment can be used to remove the creep from the trigger.
Couple of links that came up first:

I had considered doing this on mine if I could find one in the UK that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg, but it becomes a false economy, I might as well buy a drop in with all the adjustments built in.
