How about these from the Vertebrae Shop in Norway. You can either buy via ebaY using the link I've just posted, or from their website via the link below.
They are a very reliable company, I've dealt with them several times before.

Not sure that you'll find any dealer in the States that will be prepared to ship an M11 MB to the UK.
