I bought this exact machine from Lidl before christmas, it's excellent cleaning 25-30x .308 cases in under ten minutes.

I bought one of these from Lidl too, Rob, do you mind telling me what solution you're using to clean brass?

What do you use in it
. I see the review say using washing up liquid

I use the lyman ultrasonic cleaning solution. When that's gone I'll switch to citric acid and washing up liquid

I use seaclean from Maplin in mine, works well

I have one of these cleaners and washing up liquid is what I use with tepid water and it does a good job.

Really dirty brass will probably need a couple of goes, but it certainly shifts the fouling.

Are these machines OK for cleaning gun parts like semi-auto bolts and trigger mechanisms etc....or would it damage delicate parts?

So far just warm water and washing up liquid, but my cases weren't very dirty. I don't think you need a specialist soltion unless your brass is very dirty.

A great buy - grab one while you can. They have a 60-600 second cleaning cycle, I just set mine for 600 seconds (10 minutes), 25 cases at a time - so clearly 100 cases don't take long.

I then use our food dehydrator (normally used to make beef jerky) to dry the cases if needed quickly.

No problem at all - also good for moderator baffles.

Looks like a trip to Aldi at the weekend then...
