Made an assumption (yes. I know..) that all AICS magazines were the same dimensions. It appears that there are differences in width?

Can anyone elaborate? Or am I just unlucky with the spare mags I tried?

Help please, before I unleash the dremel on the mag conversion...

any???? thankssign

They are! All AICS mags are the same but the AW mags are double stack. The AICS ie the chassis system mags are single stack. They are not compatible with each other.

I tried a polymer MDT ACIS mag the other day in my AE MkIII, it didn't lock in!

The AI AE/AICS metal mags have worked flawlessly.
