........... & it allows them to go up differently in different areas like the Scottish Nazi Party run National Socialist State who have made it clear they will ban all shooting by any means they can, so watch club/RFD fees hike there.
No mention of service level agreements? so they can charge a club £160? but still take 3 months to deliver? & they can charge for a club HO approval & its FAC now.

Anyone who owns a lathe now nervous?? Why make owning common metal working machines an offence in itself?? Surely the unauthorized manufacture of licensable firearms parts is already an offence!?

They could lock us up and throw away the key if they popped in for a cup of tea and we had a deact on the wall here. So does this mean I cannot ever allow a deact into the workshop?
I would like to think this is not aimed at the likes of myself who work on and builds firearms for a living however the line between a legal occupation and incarceration has just been shortened...

Looks like club subs will be going up to pay for more expensive club licences. Being cynical, I do wonder if the cost base for the figures was established before most police forces pruned the numbers in the firearms licensing depts.

Just wait until April for the first opportunity for a fee hike and the non-accompanying increase in staff/decrease in waiting times(!)

So according to HO calculations;
Value of shooting - Not important / can't be bothered to find out = £0.00
Cost of licensing - What we want to think + specific agenda x inefficency = £6.9 million
Seems legit, cheque or cash sir.

You've missed it.
The Bill paves the way for licensing of all air guns. 1 joule+
Firearm = 'lethal barrelled"
Lethality = 1J
All air guns = FAC (at Home Sec's whim).
