Well I have seen it all now! A well known auction site lists the following:
EMPTY COLLECTORS .??? LAPUA MAGNUM ACCURACY INTERNATIONAL SNIPERS AMMUNITION UNPRIMED CASES BOX NO CONTENTS GBP197.50

Although it says empty it does come with bits of brass shaped things inside!

Quite possibly the well known eBay trick of bumping the price very high for an item you are temporarily out of stock of to avoid being hit for listing fees.

For 99% of sellers there are no listing fees anymore.
